I went to Kuwana this holiday weekend and found a sake shop that sold a lot of local sake from Mie and bought this sake. It is a summer-only fresh-stored sake. It has a slightly sweet taste at first, followed by a sour taste and a cool feeling. It was delicious. 2134 yen.

fourth cup of Tsunite (four cups of sake) Rice used is Gohyakumangoku It has a gorgeous aroma and a smooth taste. It was a light and spicy sake with a clear acidity and a good spiciness. As a food sake, I thought it was the best of the day! It is also delicious.

This is the first sake I learned of its existence in a store. It has a sweet and delicious taste with a hint of rummy. The second half has a pungent taste, but it seems to converge with the first half. As the description says, it is light and refreshing at first, but in the second half, it is thicker and gives a different impression. It is slightly fruity and dry.

I bought this because I wanted to drink heated sake on a cold day. I heard it won a prize in the hot sake category of a contest. I went with sashimi for my entrée and it was great. It's not that spicy when it's hot, but as it gets lukewarm, the spiciness increases and it's fun. I also like the labeling and naming.
