I went to Kuwana this holiday weekend and found a sake shop that sold a lot of local sake from Mie and bought this sake. It is a summer-only fresh-stored sake. It has a slightly sweet taste at first, followed by a sour taste and a cool feeling. It was delicious. 2134 yen.

This is the first sake I learned of its existence in a store. It has a sweet and delicious taste with a hint of rummy. The second half has a pungent taste, but it seems to converge with the first half. As the description says, it is light and refreshing at first, but in the second half, it is thicker and gives a different impression. It is slightly fruity and dry.

It is a summer sake. I expected it to be refreshing, but it is more robustly delicious than I expected. I bought it again later.

This is the second thing I forgot to give you in June. A colleague of mine who often drinks sake with me recently brought this one, Sashimi. It's nice to meet you, but as the name suggests, the label looks refreshing. I took a sip with a little excitement. Sweet and sour‼️It's not alcoholic at all, and the freshness, especially the citrusy aroma, goes down your throat. Yes, it never leaves your nose😅. This is a gulp. My coworker and I drank it together and it was gone quickly💦.

The first bottle was delicious and gone in an instant and I didn't have enough to drink so I went for a second bottle 😁. Compared to the first bottle, the aroma is stronger at the moment of drinking, but the aftertaste is short and it seems to go away quickly.
