Aged sake with a mellow aroma characteristic of aged sake, aged for 27 months in a low-temperature warehouse. It is more like a Junmai Aki-agari, a mellow umami-guchi. It is good as a food sake. Since it is brewed with rice Haenuki, it is not fruity...and the lingering bitterness in the aftertaste is also bothersome. Would it be good hot?

Slightly sweet but smooth with a clean finish ✨. The lingering flavor also spreads 😊. Oyama's sake 🍶 is delicious 😋. I opened a bottle while my husband was gone 🤭. I'm sure I'll be drinking a lot when he gets home 😅 It's going to run out fast 🫣.

On this day, I tried an unknown sake that I had never had before. It was my first time to try Maruka Oyamama Yoshi. It's a sake from Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. I used to drink Oyama at the Saitsuru Bar in the old days! This sake is from that brewery 🍶. As the label says, it has a muscat flavor! Fruity and easy to drink! It's low in alcohol, so it goes down easy! I was craving meat that day, so I ordered this dish!
