☀️
Here's a comparison of the Maruka Oyama 🤗.
They say the right and left are squeezed on different days, the left is 5 days after the right 🧐.
So here is the drinking comparison 😁.
Right.
Alcohol is 13 degrees.
It has a strong sweet taste, but it is refreshing. It has no alcohol taste.
Left
The alcohol content is 18 degrees.
It has a light sweetness. There is a slight alcohol taste. The refreshing feeling remains the same.
The sugar must have fermented into alcohol in 5 days, but the change in 5 days was more than I expected 🧐.
It was a very informative drinking comparison 🤗.
One week after the first day of spring.
Calm at opening.
4.5/5.0 Young and refreshing!
As always, the balance of slight acidity, good sweetness and fullness is great.
I enjoy it freshly pressed every year.
I recommend the first pressing in Risshun.
Gathering with acquaintances after a long time.
We ordered sake instead of all-you-can-drink sake.
Daisen Jusui Special Junmai
I guess this sake is also from the Meimon Shukai.
The top aroma is sweet and fruity.
It has a full-bodied umami with a strong presence and a sweetness that is not overpowering.
Like the Harushika we drank earlier, it has a rich umami taste, but the sweetness may be less than that of Harushika.
This is also my favorite type.
☀️
I'll ride the big wave of Risshun 🌊🏄.
...but the boom has already passed and the waves are small 😭
Well, don't worry about it and open the bottle 🍶.
The first thing that hits you is the strong acidity 😙.
Then, a strong crackle, which makes your tongue chatter 🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧.
As expected of a freshly opened Risshun morning pressing 🍶.
The sweetness is moderate, but it is very sweet.
The sweetness is light, so it goes down your throat nicely 🤩.
It is fresh and clean like a lime 🍋🟩 😙.
I had the impression that Oyama was sweeter, but not quite 🤔.
I wonder if this is the difficulty of the Risshun morning pressing, where the pressing day is fixed 🧐.
I imagine that the flavor can hardly be controlled at the unrefined stage 💭.
Good morning, Hiro-san!
I see that a liquor store in Tokyo is selling Oyama's Risshun ✨I wonder if there is some kind of connection 🧐.
The taste of the uncontrolled and locked-in Risshun day is also very special 😆.
Good morning, Hiro!
You are on the quintessential additional wave~ 🏄♂️
I just barely? I rode the small wave 🤣.
I didn't know that the sake is called "Risshun Asa Shibori" - there are so many different kinds of sake, and sake really has an interesting history 😊.
Hello Kotaro😄
He is a friendly father and talked a lot with me on my first visit. I didn't ask him why Oyama was coming in, but he said he went to Yamagata on the 3rd to help out, so maybe he has a pipe 🤗.
Hi ma-ki-😄
Luckily, I was able to ride the extra wave too 🌊.
All brands of Risshun Asa Shibori run out fast 😅I didn't make a reservation in advance, but I was able to buy a 4-pack just in time 😄.
Hi chika😄
I heard "they sell them there on the 4th" so I dashed over there and was able to buy one just in time 😅.
It's one because I didn't have a reservation. Next year I will make a proper reservation before the wave comes 😆.
Hi Hiro 🐦.
Big waves, small waves, you've ridden them all and it's a stone's throw 😊👍I love the overwhelming freshness of it all♪
I haven't even gone to get it yet even though it's a good luck charm 😂.
Good evening, Ponchan 🌙
I was quite distracted but managed to ride the wave 😁.
The power word "overwhelmingly fresh" is exactly right ✨.
Let's go get it right away 💨💨💨!
Risshun Asa Shibori
I got home late from work this year, so I couldn't buy it on the day it went on sale, but today: ☺️
This year's morning pressing is also delicious.
It has a sweet aftertaste, but it is easy to drink because it is slightly sparkling.
I think I could easily finish a 4-ounce bottle.
It was the end of January and we had our first sake women's party of the year🎵This time it was a comparison of Oyama sake! The first drink was a hybrid synergy drink blended with 4 different Junmai Daiginjos 💕I don't think it's the name of the sake 😅Great tasting sakes don't fight each other ❤Mellow and full 🥰I also brought a 7 spears awaibuki 🥂I was nervous to try the Funazushi cookies 🍪Cheese flavor 😋These were delicious 😋The seiro steamed dishes that went with the sake can be seen on my friend's instagram 🎵. You can see the seiro steamed dishes to go with the sake on my friend's instagram 🎵@oyatsuya_cache.cache
Good evening, pyonpyon.
It's nice to have a girls' night out with friends who like sake: ⤴️
I have only had Oyama at a sushi restaurant a long time ago, but now there is a hybrid sake 😲.
Good evening, ma-ki 🌙😃❗Every time we enjoy drinks, food and chatting 🥰I thought it would be a complex taste with 4 different kinds mixed in, but it was so light and delicious that it was easy to drink and soon empty 😲😲.
Hello, pyonpyon 😃
A bright and colorful women's association! Nice 🤗
I thought you mixed 4 bottles of alcohol on the spot and named it Hybrid Synergy ‼️ 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby ✨😃😃The table is always full of colorful vegetable dishes and sake 🥰It would be fun to mix them on the spot❗😁💨The professional blend of flavors was still delicious 😋❤
I thought "Daisen" was named after the famous mountain Daisen in the Chugoku region, but the correct name is "Oyama" and it is a Yamagata sake 😀 The name comes from the "Daisen" district in the castle town of Tsuruoka City.
The aroma is almost imperceptible, and the mouthfeel is smooth and soft, with a clear acidity that cuts through, making it a slightly dry classic.
It has a well-balanced taste suitable for a mid-meal drink. ☺️
I enjoyed Yoshi from the same series, so I bought this one as well. It is refreshing and easy to drink, but the alcohol content is quite high at 18%. It is a good quality and in a sense, a good-cost sake that you can get drunk with a small amount.
The sweetness and acidity come to the forefront. It also has a mild fullness, but it is easy to drink as it comes off surprisingly quickly.
A delicious sake for those who like sweet fruity tastes.
Japanese food is good, but we would like to match it with Western food.
Daisen was at Nishinomiya Hanshin and I was curious about the fresh Jusui, so I tasted a variety of it.
There was a brewer from Yamagata!
He asked me if I knew what Oyama was. I told him that I had bought it at a liquor store in my neighborhood and he was happy to hear that.
We drank
Special Junmai Namaishu
I bought it, so I'll give a review later.
Honjozo Nama Sake
I have an image of gusto when I think of Honjozo Nama, but it had a gentle taste with just the right amount of sweetness.
Jusui Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
Dark and sweet. It also tasted a little harsh. I was going to buy this one at first, but the special junmai was sweet and fruity, so I didn't buy Jusui.... It was delicious, though.
Evangarde
It seems to be a collaboration sake between Eva and a sake brewery of the Nihon Meimon Sake Kai. They also seem to be serving Daisetsukei and others.
I heard it's an assemblage of various aged sake.
It's colored but has a beautiful taste with a little complexity.
Junmai Daiginjo Hybrid Synergy Drink 4
Forgot to take a picture 💦.
This limited edition sake is a blend of various sakes, including sake from sake competitions, matured sake, and nama-shu. It was delicious, with depth and a refreshing taste. I guess it's a food sake type.
I also tried the sparkling Jusui and Umeshu, and they were just as good as my past impressions 😋.
bouken, good evening 😃😃My friend was able to buy 4 kinds of sake for the sake women's group here exactly to compare 🎵Overall, the image is sweet and mellow ❗
Hello pyonpyon, ☃️
I thought the lineup you were drinking was similar to the one I had, but you bought it here 😆.
It was hard to narrow down my purchase to one bottle this time because they were all so sweet 😅.
A bottle I came across at my usual liquor store 🍶.
The clerk, who knows my tastes, recommended me to try this one 😆 ✨.
Daisen's Nakadori, directly pumped, limited quantity
What a good reason not to buy it 🤣!
Very fruity, I love the sweetness and umami 💕 delicious 😋.
It's low in alcohol (13%) so I have a feeling I'm going to drink too much of this 😅.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
It's reassuring to have a waiter who knows what you like ✨.
Whenever we have a new drink in stock, I look for that clerk anyway 🤭.
