Sake is Oyama, Sake of Love" is a sake that harmonizes the traditions and techniques of Oyama sake.
The Oyama area of the castle town of Tsuruoka was once known as the "Nada of the East," a mecca for sake. As the name suggests, "Oyama" is the representative sake of Oyama Sake. It has a traditional flavor brewed with meticulous care while interacting with the yeast in our self-developed facilities.

The first Oyama, Maruka Oyamama was opened 🎉.
This Oyama is the sake recommended by the liquor store we always go to 🍶.
The pop-up in the store is also highly recommended, and I asked the staff about it and they told me that the Maruka Oyamama was excellent this time 👍😄.

The aroma is sweet!
It has a smooth texture in the mouth and goes in without resistance.
The middle part of the bottle is filled with the flavor and sweetness of rice, which is soon combined with a deep berry-like sweetness, and the complex flavors come together to create a very rich taste.
There is no pungency, no bitterness, and no gassiness.
The alcohol content is also low at 13%, so you don't even feel the alcohol!
It is certainly complete and delicious 😋.
My impression is that it's similar to Nabeshima's no gas feeling.
That's just my feeling 😅.
As I drank more and more, it got thicker and heavier💦.
Hmmm...hard to say 😓I don't think I'll repeat.
I would much prefer the gassy, crisp Nabeshima for this. ❣️
I would recommend it to anyone who likes rich, robust, thick sake 🥰.

Very elegant cedar barrel aroma. It has an elegant aroma as if you were invited to a newly built house. The dryness lingers in the aftertaste.
It can be served cold, room temperature, or warmed to your liking, so I tried it at room temperature and then warmed.
It's not at all aromatic, healing, and slightly swollen with warmed sake, but just a warming sensation.
I'm numb even with the Risshun morning aperitif, and I can't stop thinking about Oyama 🤩.
