Purchased at Yasudaya in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture.
The aroma was melon-like, and in the mouth it was very sweet and rich, but with a clean aftertaste.
As stated in the introduction to this sake by the brewer, you will never get tired of drinking it.
Hot sake is recommended!
The manager told me to....
It's good! I'll have another one!
The label reads,
Wannyan Junmai Sake
with donation
and it says
Junmai sake! I can't get enough of it!
With grilled fish (^-^)
The first Crossed Rising Sun I bought myself...
It was a bit dry when I first opened it. It was a bit bland when I opened it, but within a few hours after I brought it home, the matured flavor of Gohyakumangoku, the dry taste and the sharpness of the machete like Shinzan, came out.
It is my favorite Shimane flavor.
I quoted the name of a famous horse from the old days because it has a classic flavor and is not sparkling in the current style (lol).
It is a dry sake with a sense of maturity
At Chikusui in front of Mitsukoshimae
15%, slightly sweet, slightly more acidic than Kamegoro, but delicious.
Izumo soba noodles - a bit bland, but consistently delicious ✨.
