The first Crossed Rising Sun I bought myself...
It was a bit dry when I first opened it. It was a bit bland when I opened it, but within a few hours after I brought it home, the matured flavor of Gohyakumangoku, the dry taste and the sharpness of the machete like Shinzan, came out.
It is my favorite Shimane flavor.
I quoted the name of a famous horse from the old days because it has a classic flavor and is not sparkling in the current style (lol).
It is a dry sake with a sense of maturity
At Chikusui in front of Mitsukoshimae
15%, slightly sweet, slightly more acidic than Kamegoro, but delicious.
Izumo soba noodles - a bit bland, but consistently delicious ✨.
At Masuya Sake Shop (Kyoto)
I am a big dog lover, so I was curious about the label and drank it.
It tastes just like a regular one-cup cup 😂.
But I heard that a few percent of the proceeds from drinking it will be used for dog and cat protection activities, so it's all good!
