Easy to drink.
Like chablis.

I had some business in Shimbata, and this was my main visit to the brewery. I wanted to visit there.
Gokaibishi" is a hands-on sake brewery resort that opened on April 29 this year, and is a place where you can experience the food, culture, and history of the castle town of Shinobata.
