Brewed by Oomon Shuzo in Shinbonda, Niigata
Oomon Yume Junmai Ginjo
When I drank it
In the blink of an eye
The mouth is quickly filled with water,
Then, in the blink of an eye, the sweetness and umami
sweetness and umami spread throughout the throat in the blink of an eye.
And yet there is a sharpness in the aftertaste.
What a wonderful sake!
Oomon Shuzo (formerly Ichijima Shuzo), located in Shinobata in northern Niigata Prefecture, was the first sake brewery in Japan to produce a female first-class brewing engineer. While preserving tradition, the brewery continues to evolve with the times. Gokaibishi, a hands-on sake brewery resort that opened last year, offers innovative sake brewery tours.
The brewery's traditional brand "Omon" is a regular sake.
Gentle aroma derived from grains,
It has a soft mouthfeel with a slight sweetness and astringency.
It has a soft, soft texture with a hint of sweetness and astringency,
It has a full-bodied umami flavor.
The taste is crisp and clear.
When heated up, the sweetness and astringency are clearly emphasized,

When heated, the sweetness and astringency are clearly emphasized and the flavor is plump.
It is a light, dry sake with a flavor that is more like umakuchi.
It is delicious lukewarm!

Bright and colorless, slightly viscous (alc15)
Mild aroma with a hint of rice flavor.
Slightly light attack with a clean taste, slightly strong bitterness and acidity. The acidity lingers in the aftertaste.
A gift sake. It has a banana-like aroma, a sweetness and umami that is not too strong, and a sharpness. It is not too sweet and tasty, but at the same time, it does not interfere with the food. I thought it was a well-balanced sake.
You want to drink sake right away!
In that case
I want a cup of sake!
That's why today's sake is a cup of sake.
I won a cup of sake from a no-hazure gachapon at a previous visit to the Omon Sake Brewery. I think it was the fourth or fifth prize...
It's very tasty!
Sweet, light and easy to drink ✨✨
The label is gold and it's a nice touch!
The label is also gold and has a happy feeling. Cool 👍!
I like the way the aluminum lid opens.
Alcohol is 15 degrees.
The name only says "Junmai Ginjo", so here it is.
Now I wanted to visit the brewery.
Purchased at Niigata Omon Shuzo (Gokairibishi)?
I had some business in Shinobita City, and while I was strolling around in front of the station, I decided to pay a visit.
I won a bottle of sake from the sake gacha (sake gacha) and it was this one 🍶.
Thank you very much for the sake!
This is my first time checking in 🙏.
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it's delicious 😊.
Slightly tasty, but the flavor on the nose is very nostalgic 😊.
It reminds me of the taste of Oumon when it comes to shrine sake 🥲.
It reminds me of a shrine near my parents' house.
But compared to that time, it is very mellow and much easier to drink, but the aftertaste brings back so many old memories.
A bottle that made me feel the origin of my sake 🤗.
Thank you very much for your kindness.
The cold sake soaks into the body easily and can be swallowed without feeling the strength of alcohol, making it a very round sake. It has a slightly sweet aftertaste that leaves a sense of security.
The aroma is stronger at room temperature, but it is not unpleasant, and is one of the factors that contribute to its deliciousness.
Even when heated, it is easy to drink, with a less unpleasant feeling of alcohol, and the aroma blooms in the mouth. It has a nice sharpness and is very drinkable at any temperature. It is a very good sake for the price, and it is very comfortable for the body.
Junmai Daiginjo. This sake is frozen after squeezing to maintain its freshness.
When served cold, it has a moderate aroma, but in the mouth it has a sweetness with a rough texture, followed by a bitter taste. It has a nice sharpness and can be enjoyed over and over again.
At room temperature, the aroma is moderate and stands out. When heated, the alcohol rolls over the tongue in a well-balanced manner, and it also finishes quickly.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed over and over again, but the price is a problem.
When I went back home, my father-in-law went out of his way to prepare a bottle of local sake from his hometown for me 😊.
I was so happy with the taste of the sake and the feeling that it made me so happy that I just had to have it 🍶.
