I bought it at the Kintetsu Department Store Abeno Harukas Niigata Sake-no-jin (Niigata Sake Festival). I tasted various kinds of sake, but I chose this one because it was smooth and had no peculiar taste, and I could drink it in large gulps. I like light, dry sake, but this sake had a sake level of -1.
Fruit 🥭MIX
It starts off with a gentle sweetness, but the sweetness rises in your mouth. Then the caramel appears and disappears quickly 🍶.
It went well with fish 🐟& burdock cooked in sweet & spicy sauce, and broccoli🥦 with mayo & soy sauce 🤤.
A little bit of schwarziness.
Momo🍑 and strawberries🍓 boiled down. And finally, caramel 🤤.
It was such a Junmai Daiginjo that goes well with meat 🍖 dishes 😊.

Sometimes I want to drink sake that has been aged well, so I ordered it, but the owner of the sake shop told me
The owner of the sake shop told me, "It's not in good condition.
The owner of the sake shop told me that the sake was not in good condition and might be old.
However, I did not cancel my order because it looked interesting.
I was worried about the timing of opening the bottle, but instead of being old, it had a nice mouthfeel.
It was mild for 8 years old, with a clean sweetness and a good bitterness.
It could have been laid down for a few more years.
I was satisfied: ❣️
Peach-like aroma 🍑.
Slightly sweet, but spiciness pushes in quickly in the second half ⚡.
Rich taste ✨
Delicious drink as a sour, on the rocks, or in a highball 🎵.
Would love to try it 😉.
