At a yakitori restaurant I was curious about (3) I had never seen it before, so I ordered it without a second thought. Sweet and sour like an apple, yet balanced and easy to drink. Oh, it's delicious. I'll keep that in mind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

At a bar in Shinbashi. I had been curious about this sake for a long time because of the strong impact of the jacket. I found it and tried to drink it. The ginjo aroma is soft and unobtrusive, yet clear. Fresh and sweet, with a hint of citrus acidity. This is delicious.

This Sake is light and sweet. There is a good amount of acidity for a clean finish. The sweet aroma and the flavor of apple make this easy to drink. Fun by itself and good with lighter food.

Sake I bought when I went home for Obon The impact of the name and the jackets I have to buy it because I have a beard, glasses, and a bald head! I immediately decided to buy it! I thought it tasted clean and sweet... but when it was left to stand and close to room temperature, it tasted just right! Yum! My favorite type! Will repeat!

The spoils of last week's trip to Akita 🍶✨ The sign that says beware of opening the bottle 👀‼️ I fearfully turned the lid..., The sizzle started to blow out, It took 10 minutes to open the bottle 😣. Rice: 100% Akita Sake Komachi Rice polishing ratio 55 Sake degree -11 Acidity 1.5 Alcohol 16%. The sweetness of the rice spreads softly in the mouth, and the juicy acidity makes it very easy to drink. It is definitely one of our top favorites, and even though it is 16% alcohol, it does not feel harsh!
