This Sake has a bright taste and is well balanced. The mouth feel is medium and juicy. There is a light flavor of apple and a slightly dry finish. Refreshing and very easy to drink.

Not graded Tonight is a toast. As those of you who know me know, (hmm, I'm stating the obvious💦) I'm sure some of you know (💦) that this is a toast to the old man who is a regular at Sake-no-Wa. who is a member of Sake-no-wa, has passed away. Yoshio-kun was an idol dog🐶. He always charmed us with his cute appearance. Dedication. Tonight, it's sunny after a shower. I am not sure if the name fits. But somehow, it is the brand I feel like drinking now. The dog on the label is kind of... Surrounded by Oyaji and his wife, I am sure he lived a happy life. I think, as a third party, that it was with this thought that he left us. Clear skies and sunny skies ☀️ Aroma, fruity. It has a delicious flavor, but it is crisp and clear. Clear and sunny ☀️. Dedication.

Red Label Nama Sake Alcoholic content 16%. On the back label You can enjoy its sweet and sour taste and gorgeous aroma. (I'm so excited to open the bottle! It's a single bottle. Sweet! Sourness in the chase. But the sweetness is awesome❣️. Sweet even as a food wine🎶. Meat 🍖 grilled with salt → sweet and sour like bitter Autumn swordfish sashimi (ginger soy sauce) → sweet and sour 🎶. Root vegetable salad 🥗 → sweet and sour 🥰. This is delicious❣️❣️❣️ But it's high in alcohol content, so don't get carried away and drink too much 💦. Yesterday, I drank it so much that I fell asleep after just one glass. The second day was just as delicious (*ˊ˘ˋ*)...:*°

Akita Shuzo [Akita Haru] Junmai Sake On Father's Day, my daughter accompanied me on a fishing trip ♫ It was quite fun with 2 pieces of curry! For the entrée, I bought some assorted sashimi on the way home! It's at room temperature so the aroma is very strong!
