This Sake is light and refreshing. A little bit of dryness at the finish makes this easy to drink and makes me want more. There is a good balance of sweet and dry.

Twenty-eight breweries in Akita Prefecture are participating in the Akita Tour Ginjo 2022.
This sake is brewed using only local rice (at least 50% Akita rice), water, and koji.
It has a clear, lactic sweetness.
A slight sourness and bitterness.
The bitterness quickly catches up with the sourness, so the time it takes to feel the sourness is short.
Overall, it is gentle and cohesive.

Is it a new sake?
It was a sweet sake with almost no acidity and a hint of ginjo aroma, making it a genuinely delicious sake.
It is neither sweet nor dry, but a delicious saké that is neither sweet nor dry, but somewhere in between.
