I have to buy it because I have a beard, glasses, and a bald head! I immediately decided to buy it!
I thought it tasted clean and sweet... but when it was left to stand and close to room temperature, it tasted just right!

I loosened the bottle a little according to the note on opening the bottle. The lees that had settled at the bottom of the bottle began to settle on their own. I opened the bottle fully after about 3 minutes, repeating a little at a time until the spewing subsided. The appearance of the cloudy water is similar to that of Calpis soda. The aroma and taste are both light and dry. I recommend it. By the way, it goes well with oily food.
