Akita Tour Ginjo 3-bottle set
The first bottle is Akita Haru. The next three bottles are Yukino Kayasha and Chitose Mori.
Aroma of unripe melon. Sweetness and alcohol.
There is a little bitterness.
We enjoyed it with pickled red turnip.
The main dish of grilled hokke (hokke with salt) also went well with it. Beef tenderloin salad, etc.
I think the alcohol feeling of cutting oil goes well with it.
It seems that this year we were in a situation where we could buy it on the last day, but it is a delicious project that we have been buying for three years.
I'm waiting for next year to accumulate enough to buy 6 bottles.

It's so healthy and took me 10 minutes to open the bottle😅.
It's easy to drink 😋 with a hint of sweetness from the rice, but with a sourness to it.
According to the official website, in addition to the "sweet and sour dessert" red label, there is also a "clear and crisp" blue label and a "clean and modern sake" purple label.
I would like to purchase another color if I come across it somewhere.
