Buy at Hasegawa Sake Store online. It is brewed with the common rice "Asahi". It is a precious bottle brewed with 50% polishing ratio. The sweetness is gentle and well-balanced. It has a mild and well balanced sweetness that I can only describe as excellent.

Happy New Year! A special Jikin for a special day. The sake rice is "Tokkami" Omachi, which is back after a four-year absence. We had planned to match it with Osechi cuisine, I have been savoring it on its own. It is a bottle with the sweetness and umami of Omachi concentrated in it.

I just happened to get a bottle of Jigokin Nigori 🍶(*^^*) Last year I won the lottery and got a Shigou bottle! This year, for some reason, I got a bottle 😁This is one of my favorite sake among all Jigokin ❤I'll spend some happy time for a while _(. _.) _

I bought this in Hong Kong’s Sogo departmenr store, again this is very sweet and stronf aroma kind of sake, with long mellow. It is not easy to buy this these days. ❤️

Rice：100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 40 Alcohol content: 16 Producer: Kiyamasa Shuzo, Nabari City, Mie Prefecture This Daiginjo-shu won the gold medal at the 2024 National New brew of sake competition. (Intention of the name "Yanase") Jikin's "Daiginjo Yanase" is named with the desire to pass on the history and climate of the region to future generations. Nabari in Mie Prefecture is called Yanase. A very small amount of brewing alcohol is added to bring out and harmonize the aroma and flavor.

The next one was Tojo Yamadanishiki🍶 from Jikin The moment I took a sip, I felt a slight sweetness and spicy with a hint of sweetness. It is crisp and clear! As the temperature rises As the temperature rises, the acidity comes out and it is refreshing with umami acidity!

A fine shwash~. Gorgeous and cool aroma like pineapple and green apple. The sweetness is clear and the acidity is fruity. The taste is juicy and delicious, There is a creamy texture on the tongue, which may come from the origami. It has a light pull with a hint of bitterness. It is light, creamy, and delicious. Taste 4/5 stars.

Jikin Daiginjo Yanase The next one is Yanase. The liquor store delivered it to us while we were drinking the active sake and we ordered it without hesitation! We were able to have the first sip 🥳🎉. The Yanse was poured into a glass and the mellow fruity aroma of apple and pineapple swelled up and the tension went up. The lonely gourmet in my heart goes wild, saying that this is what I've been waiting for. ☺️ The flavor is a wonderful apple chili with a hint of alcohol 🍎. The flavor of the rice is so delicious that it lingers on the tongue 🌾. The balance of sweet and sour is perfect and the sharpness is just like a daiginjo٩٩³(ᐛ )و I drank it all up in no time at all, and while I still felt like I hadn't had enough to drink, I was heading home hoping to win the lottery. To my surprise, I won the lottery later that day. I'll put it in the fridge for the coming day 🥳.

Jikin Mie Yamadanishiki Active Sake I went to drink it the next day after I saw the notice of the opening of the bottle! It was my first time to drink Jigin, so I was excited to order it 🥳. The aroma is a modest ginjo aroma. The aroma was not flashy and drifted softly, and I was worried about my sense of smell because I couldn't feel the gorgeous and fruity aroma typical of Jikin. After taking a sip, I thought it would be sweet and delicious, so I took a sip. What is it? It has a light taste. It has a slight sweetness on the palate, and the sweetness is quickly replaced by a sourness 😳. I ended up with a bitter finish 🫥. For some reason, I was in the mouth of sweetness on this day, so I drank it down feeling sorry for the mismatch between the flavor and the sweetness! I'd like to try it again on a day with a paler mouthfeel: ☺️✨ When I drank it as a food sake, my opinion of it changed completely! The flavor is quite easy to pair with meals 🍴😋🍴.
