Buy at Hasegawa Sake Store online. It is brewed with the common rice "Asahi". It is a precious bottle brewed with 50% polishing ratio. The sweetness is gentle and well-balanced. It has a mild and well balanced sweetness that I can only describe as excellent.

Happy New Year! A special Jikin for a special day. The sake rice is "Tokkami" Omachi, which is back after a four-year absence. We had planned to match it with Osechi cuisine, I have been savoring it on its own. It is a bottle with the sweetness and umami of Omachi concentrated in it.

Three major muddy 🍶s The review by Director T.KISO confirmed that Hirotogawa nigori🍶 is delicious: ❤️ Yuki Daruma🍶 was also delicious, so my second choice was my first Jigin Nigori🍶✨ (I also got 2024, but it's not as good as 2024). (I also got 2024 but I was too lazy to drink it 😅) 2025 is 2 Yongo bottles ❣️ and 1 Ippon bottle ‼️ I got it 🤩! It's definitely good 😋. Sweet, tasty, fresh... Delicious 🤤. The last of the three major nigori, "Hirotogawa", will be opened a little later 😭. Enjoy it at the end of the first ❣️

9.8 The top nose has a round sweet aroma like Wasanbon and a medium pineapple-like sparkling aroma. In the mouth, it is soft and elegant sweetness spreads. The overt aroma is not too loud, but rather moist capsicum pineapple. The finish is crisp and watery. However, a little bitterness from the capsicum and a hint of rummy flavor may linger. A beautiful, elegant, and highly finished Capu-style sake. Personally, I don't like capsicums very much, so I slightly lower the rating. Unlike typical Caps, it has a unique nuance of a wet-haired beauty, and a texture with no corners. Postscript. After a few days, the unpleasant capsicum feeling has calmed down and the sweetness has become more rounded. It has a cute sweetness like a red apple, which I like. Yum.
