Buy at Hasegawa Sake Store online. It is brewed with the common rice "Asahi". It is a precious bottle brewed with 50% polishing ratio. The sweetness is gentle and well-balanced. It has a mild and well balanced sweetness that I can only describe as excellent.

Happy New Year! A special Jikin for a special day. The sake rice is "Tokkami" Omachi, which is back after a four-year absence. We had planned to match it with Osechi cuisine, I have been savoring it on its own. It is a bottle with the sweetness and umami of Omachi concentrated in it.

I waited too long and didn't intend to drink this much 😅 but my stopper didn't work. I had it with my mouth open ✨. I can smell the full rice aroma and the citrusy aroma. The mouthfeel is a bit tart and the gas is delicately squirted. The sweetness is deep and ricey. Mild acidity and a lingering bitterness. It's delicious and different from the three nigori we drank earlier ✨. Great to drink😊.

The sweetness is not so strong for a nigori, green apple, a little bit of a tangy taste, but it's a subtle part that can be taken as complexity, the bitter element lingers in the aftertaste, there is a sense of sake, it feels robust, time passes after opening, apple gum and umami are strong after opening, time passes after opening, it's better to drink it after opening, it tastes different, sweetness and umami are strong. Personally today, my 22nd birthday. I was born after 18:00, my first sake at 22. It tastes like rice! And the gasiness is not half bad! Sweetness is not so much. The sweetness is called "nigori" (bitterness).

After harvesting the Hitogokochi rice in Shinshu Sanada, Tozawa area, we had a sake party at the Tozawa community center 😅. The lineup of the fierce people who brought in their own sake was amazing 😁 First of all, I have nothing to say 😌 Thank you very much <(_ _)>.

Jikin Special Junmai Nama 2025 We are very happy to have Jikin again this year. It has the umami of Gohyakumangoku, melon, juicy but not too sweet, and a hint of gas. It's still outstandingly delicious this year, Jikin-san 😫👍!
