Well, the sake I'm bringing for the end of the year... this is the only brand that applies to me anymore ‼️🤭
That is... Jikin... 🤤.
I've had a lot of Jikin, but this "light nigori" is the best of all the Jikin I've had.
The happiness of being able to drink it in the comfort of my own home... I'm really grateful to the liquor store this year as well 🙏.
Now then... here we go: ❗️
It was stirred by itself a little after I opened it 😅(see the picture).
The aroma is not that strong but it has a slight lemon-like sourness🤔.
The sweetness is also exquisite 🍋.
No wonder it won first place🥇 in sakenomy...it was so delicious that it surpassed the Mimuro Cedar I drank yesterday😰.
The moment it hits the palate, it's like a sizzle... the harmony of sweet and savory flavors spreading through the mouth... the clean, crisp taste... 🥰 It's perfect....
It's perfect...well, maybe this was too luxurious for the end of the workday😅.
Jikin....yummy... 🤤.
Day 2: 🗒️
The juwattiness is a little less, but it's still going strong 🫧.
I think the flavor has improved since yesterday 🤩.

We are here to greet you for the last time this year 🚶.
The first sake was a Nigori from Jigokin, a legend in the Nigori Sake world.
We are very happy to see you here from a nigorist's point of view 🍶.
The appearance is a beautiful white light nigori with a slight green tinge and a sense of transparency.
The aroma is ripe, sweet and mildly refreshing.
Euphoric sweet aromas of ripe banana and ripe peach.
There are also subtle hints of white flowers and color.
Fresh and rich rice aroma like freshly pounded rice cake.
When you drink it, you will find a smooth texture with a slight viscosity and a chili chili gas feeling.
It has a melon-like sweetness with just the right amount of density and freshness, which is balanced by a soft Japanese citrus acidity.
This is the taste of Jikin, and it makes you groan. ☺️
The soft but firm umami of the rice flows and disappears with the sweetness of the fragrance and flavor, while also giving a sense of coolness.
It has a beautiful bitter aftertaste with a full-bodied flavor when swallowed.
We also tried it hot (🍶).
Aroma of cooked rice and a sense of alcohol release.
The sweetness is thicker and the umami is thicker, and the plump umami combined with the mellowed sweetness is intoxicating.
It was drunk again this year. ☺️

Today is Xmas Eve, but it's my daughter's birthday at home, so I was busy shopping, cooking, and the dinner table was Chinese as she requested ✨.
I brought the long awaited Jikin today and opened the bottle immediately ✨but for various reasons that are popular right now, I'm not sure how I'm going to store the bottle😅I guess I'll just drink it anyway and it will run out 🥳.
It has a mild fruity aroma and a hint of gas.
The mouthfeel is clean, with a light sweetness like pineapple 🍍 and a richness of umami that spreads out, the acidity is mild, but it's refreshing at the end.
When I think of pineapple🍍, Hachihan-nishiki comes to mind. There is a difference between jun-dai and jun-gin, but Hachihan-nishiki of Hachihan-nishiki is more gorgeous and light. The umami strength and sharpness are stronger in Jigin 🥰.
