Kuroryu Junmai Daiginjo
This sake was also served to us at a bar where we happened to witness a celebration scene.
I've been blessed in my life with sake fate and luck 😭🙏✨✨✨✨.
The sake was so special that I had to shiver as I enjoyed it.
The lacquer box is beautiful (I forgot to take a picture) and the bottle is stylish!
The aroma was gorgeous like a Junmai Daiginjo, the taste was mellow and full, and everything about it was very special 😭 tears
We made several celebratory toasts, shook hands and had a great time ⏳.

Kuroryu Fukubottle Daiginjo
It was served to a family celebrating their 60th birthday who joined us at the restaurant!
We were truly "blessed" and full of happiness 🥰.
It is gorgeous, has a refreshing sharpness from the brewed alcohol, and is easy to drink without any peculiarities. It is easy to drink without any peculiarities. It seems to go well with any kind of food.

First Kuroryu in my life
First Kijoshu in my life
Astonishingly sweet and surprisingly astonishing (said twice).
The seller said it was like a dessert wine, and I think that is an accurate description.
The aroma and sweetness like candy, I can't describe it well.
Personally, I like it very much!
But it may change your image of sake at all!
I wonder if this is the basic concept of kijoshu.
I'm curious about other kijoshu too!
The aroma is clean and mild.
It is mellower at room temperature than when chilled, and has a subtle melon-like aroma.
It also has a moderate, refreshing alcohol taste.
With Kuroryu collaboration bread of Ginza Nishikawa
Anko (red bean paste) and sake go very well together.
Not as sweet as I expected, with a sour taste
On a trip to Fukui.
The fruity taste is delicious no matter how many times you drink it.
It was served at room temperature, but I personally prefer it chilled.
A bottle brewed with Fukui sake rice Sakahomare: ❗️
A clean, elegant, white peach-like aroma 🍑.
The mouthfeel is as clear and beautiful as spring water, as you would expect from Kuroryu. ‼️
Gentle umami and sweetness with plenty of minerality that wells up from the transparency 😋.
And from the mid-palate, the acidity that finishes the taste elegantly is also exquisite. ❗️
This is a beautiful and elegant bottle of sake that could be called a work of art. ‼️
Delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤
