KURORYU SHUZOH

Muscat-like aroma 🍇.
Sourness, spiciness, and umami are felt on the first sip.
The first sip is refreshing, but the umami flavor continues. Then, at one point, it suddenly snaps.
Since it is named "ice sake," it might be better on the rocks.
KURORYU SHIZUKU
Rice used: Yamadanishiki, Alcohol percentage: 16%, Rice polishing ratio: 35%, Sake meter value: +4
This daiginjo-shu is made from the finest sake rice, Yamadanishiki, and carefully and slowly fermented at low temperature. As the name "Shizuku" suggests, the taste is clear and clean.
Melon aroma with a soft touch, elegant. The aroma is full-bodied. Convergence and lingering softness with moderate acidity. The slightly dry aftertaste is good as a food sake.
It is so easy to drink that it is now depressing!
The aftertaste that disappears quickly after a refreshing drink is so fast-paced that you may drown if you don't refuse to drink it.
Let's only drown in alcohol.
