I remember Garden Uguisu being recommended by a liquor store as a "sweet and tasty sake". We had it at a tasting. This one is a spring sake.
It is a refreshing type of sake, with a slight sourness and sweetness without much bitterness. It has a slight tartness and sweetness, with a slight tangerine taste and a banana taste while drinking.
It is a fruity sake that goes down easy and is very tasty.
We have a lineup of spring-like light nigori sake.
When the bottle is opened, it has a slightly gorgeous aroma and the taste is sweet with a hint of leesiness.
The aftertaste is not strong, so it goes well with food in spite of the aroma, and we enjoyed it with sashimi of striped horse mackerel.
I've been so busy lately that I haven't been able to upload anything.
I'm up 😅.
Local drinking party with my friends 🍶.
First, a toast with beer 🍺!
First, a dobrok of Uguisu (Japanese nightshade) from the garden!
6% alc content, wow, it's a perfect amazake!
Next, a solid Yamamoto Dosai!
and Miyamanishiki by Hanahayo.
And finally, Shinkame hot sake to finish it all off!
By the way, Izakaya is a very lively place!
Even when the bar is empty, customers keep coming!
The food is delicious no matter what you eat.
Morioka cold noodles from my hometown, it was so delicious ❣️

Sake rice Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio 50%.
The mouthfeel is firm, slightly sweet and fruity. The aftertaste is umami, acidity, and astringency.
