The "Nihon-Soul Junmai-Namaizu-Mizumoto-Shigiri" is strangely tasty even though it is called a perverted sake.
The "Nihon-Soul Junmai-Namaisei Mizumoto Special II" had an acidity of 6.8, which was too acidic... I said "a bit too much" 🤣.
Sake AGED BY THE SEASIDE" is a junmai sake aged and stored in a whiskey "Akashi" bottle. I don't remember how long it has been aged, but even the color is amber.
