Continuing our night in Omiya
This restaurant serves delicious fish, so we had sashimi, grilled sardines, grilled sea bream, stewed summer vegetables, and more 😋 The price is a bit expensive, but it was a nice and lively restaurant 😅🤗.
Next up was Azumamine, which was also a first for me 😙 and it was delicious 😍.
I don't remember how to describe the taste 😅 it was just so good 😊.
After that we switched to 🍋lemon sours and since the restaurant was 2.5 hours open, we ended the meal with salmon ikura takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with salmon roe) and were very satisfied!
Since it was still early, we moved to a restaurant in the station building to talk over dessert!
My son ordered a parfait😄We looked at the menu and thought we would have a glass of champagne, but the bottle seemed more economical than a glass, so we ordered a bottle 🍾.
The waiter opened the bottle and put it on the table! We were a little bit surprised when the waiter opened the bottle in front of our table and put it on the table 😅.
We drank a lot with Fish & Chips and had a good conversation with my son, even though it was a short time 😌.
Omiya was a great city 😇

Just a bunch of drinkers who love oysters and sake 😊I had been wanting to go to a restaurant in Fuchu with Nochi-san and Yuka-chan and we started drinking early on a Saturday. We had a great time, but it wasn't much, as we split one cup of sake between the three of us and drank 10 cups.
The oysters were as good as their reputation, and since oysters are also drinks, I wonder how many drinks we drank 🧐.
I've already introduced you to Imadaiji🦪, which Yucachin brought, so I'll go with this one, which was delicious and memorable. It is sold at Koyama Sake Shop in Azumamine. It's sweet and tasty and perfect for my taste, so I had to have another one. I also had another glass of Kariho's Oyster Lovers Rock, which was written to go well with oysters, so that's 8 pictures but 10 glasses.
Igarashi sake is also delicious, and the first Sen was delicious and went well with the oysters. I also had a bottle of Toyoka, which I drink a lot in Nagano 😊Fukkai and Kagiya were both delicious.
We ate and drank as much as we wanted, and even had a conversation with some Osaka people during the course of the meal. It was a very enjoyable drinking party. ❤️

Miyamanishiki, 50% polished rice
It is cloudy like orikarami, and there are fragments of rice mixed in.
Surprisingly, it is not sweet, but rather tangy and dry.
I love this sake 👍the perfect balance of sourness and umami 🧡I'm happy with kakiage and ajino namenrero 😍.
I was going to leave after drinking 3 glasses of hoppy, but the owner brought me a limited edition sake and I drank it 🤣.
Now my goal at this store is to keep a bottle of Kinmiya. It seems they start with small bottles first, and one day I will become a regular ✨.

Series of Drinking and Not Checking In
A recommendation from the master of the restaurant I always go to.
I thought Iwate was a classic except for Purple Space and Red Takeshi, but this is another new fiery one 😍.
At my favorite restaurant, the master told me to drink it by all means and I ordered it.
When I asked why, he showed me the bottle. Oh! It was a 1/330th of a bottle, a festive gem. I guess it's good luck. Now, the question is how it tastes!
Well, it doesn't have the flashiness that is so popular these days, but it has a fresh aroma and the robustness that has been a characteristic of Iwate sake, but it is well balanced and watery. I also like the way it doesn't interfere with food👍.
