I went on a business trip to a hot spring for medical treatment.
I got this at the Hanamaki onsen🙃 store.
It's a bit melon-y, I guess.
Refreshing and really easy to drink!

It was supposed to be drunk at the end of the year, but it has been aged for two months.
The claim is that it has been matured in a low-temperature cellar at the brewery until this season when the weather gets colder. It is characterized by a full aroma, mellowness and deep flavor.
Hot sake, it smelled a little of alcohol, but it was dry and delicious. ★★★★
The top aroma is a pleasant ginjo aroma.
Although it is light, a gentle sweetness and spiciness spread over the palate. The flavor quickly fades away, leaving a vague, refreshing sweetness on the palate.

I drank it in a hiya!
I thought it was very spicy right after pouring it into a glass.
But after a while, it became easier to drink.
I think it is better to drink it cold or hot.
This junmai ginjo-shu is inspired by the works of Iwate's leading children's story writer, Kenji Miyazawa, and is made entirely from raw materials produced in Iwate Prefecture.
Ingredient rice: Ginga (100%)
The box design is a pair, and I bought two bottles without a second thought.
Mild aroma. Refreshing minty aroma.
Slightly thickened on the tongue.
It starts with a light sweetness and umami, followed immediately by a strong acidity.
It finishes with a strong spiciness, but the umami also lingers in the aftertaste.
