The top aroma is a pleasant ginjo aroma.
Although it is light, a gentle sweetness and spiciness spread over the palate. The flavor quickly fades away, leaving a vague, refreshing sweetness on the palate.

Sakura Face Sake Brewery
Morioka-shi, Iwate
I drank it in a hiya!
I thought it was very spicy right after pouring it into a glass.
But after a while, it became easier to drink.
I think it is better to drink it cold or hot.
This junmai ginjo-shu is inspired by the works of Iwate's leading children's story writer, Kenji Miyazawa, and is made entirely from raw materials produced in Iwate Prefecture.
Ingredient rice: Ginga (100%)
The box design is a pair, and I bought two bottles without a second thought.
Mild aroma. Refreshing minty aroma.
Slightly thickened on the tongue.
It starts with a light sweetness and umami, followed immediately by a strong acidity.
It finishes with a strong spiciness, but the umami also lingers in the aftertaste.
After the Akita Sake Festival
I returned home and had an after-party with the snack set I had received and
After-party with the snacks we bought
As for the sake, we didn't have any from Akita, so we had to settle for a sakura face from Iwate, a neighboring country.
I hope you don't mind if I use a sakura face from Iwate, a neighboring country.
It was a refreshing, light and easy to drink sake 😊.
We had a lot of fun and drank a lot today ❣️.

Takashisan konbanhasan ∀.
That's a high degree 😳
Rock🧊🧊🧊 looks delicious😋.
I'm going to buy the 150 year old Asa Kaikai when it comes out on the 20th 😊.
Hiyahoroshi from a favorite sake brewery in the prefecture.
Do you drink it every year? Lukewarm or hiya-oshi is just right!
It's spicy and tangy. Alcoholic aroma is strong, so it may be hard for those who are not used to it.
It may be hard for those who are not used to it.
It is a ginjo-shu with an aroma, but not too fruity, and has a mild rice flavor and richness. The kind that doesn't feel cold even if it is well chilled.
Sake rice→100% Gin-Gin-Ga
Rice polishing ratio→50
Alcohol content: 15 degrees Celsius
A low-alcohol sake with an alcohol content of 8%. With a fruity aroma and mouthfeel like a fruit wine, it is a sweet and refreshing sake that is hard to believe it is sake!
It has been a while since my family has had a chance to get together and this is one of the bottles brought during our stay at a hot spring resort in Toyama. Everyone loves it so much they bring this one every time (laughs).
It has a relatively sweet taste. We were going to drink it with our meal, but since all we had was fish, we decided to have it later in a hurry.
When served by itself, it has a very luxurious, full-bodied, sweet flavor. Personally, I prefer to drink it cold because it tastes a bit sweet depending on the temperature.
Commentary.
This Junmai Daiginjo is brewed using Iwate Prefecture rice "Ginga" (50% polishing ratio) and original Iwate Prefecture yeast.
The malt is fermented at low temperature for a long period of time, and the sake is pressed gently in the tank, giving it a soft and gentle aroma. It is characterized by its mellow aroma and full-bodied mouthfeel.
It is a good choice for a cold sake.
Since I had a lot of sake at Flame-san the day before, I didn't stop anywhere tonight but Shinkansen Izakaya (izakaya) by myself.
I had a hard time deciding between Sakura Face Junmai-shu and Junmai-Ginjo-shu at the station kiosk, but I bought this one!
It was made by the same brewery as the junmai ginjo I had drunk before, Ginga Tetsudo no Yoru (Night on the Galactic Railroad)!
I heated up a bowl of katsudon (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice) that I bought at a convenience store and paired it with some jagariko (a type of fish paste) while enjoying the 2-hour trip between Morioka and Tokyo!
It's a good sake to drink during a meal!
I didn't have to drink the 300ml bottle, but the kiosk staff gave me a double small paper cup so I could taste it without any leakage 🍶.
extensive knowledge
It has a refreshing fruity aroma and a well-balanced taste with a robust flavor and full-bodied flavor.

Good morning, Shinshin SY 😃.
I love izakaya shinkansen 🚅👍
I used to make love in the train on my way back from Tokyo business trip when I lived in Morioka.
I'm going to have to go to Shin-Aomori if I oversleep....
Haruei Chichi, be careful not to drink too much or you may miss your flight. If you take the Grand Class, I wonder if the attendant will wake you up near the station where you get off? They have recently refrained from providing food and alcohol.
