＜Local sake, slowly but surely good. It has a lovely appearance of being a local ordinary sake. Naturally, it is alsobeige. I like this kind of sake that seems to be loved by the locals. Let's drink it. There is not much aroma. The mouthfeel is softly sweet and sour. From there, the alcohol gradually becomes bitter and fluffy. Yes, it's a very ordinary sake, and it's delicious. It has an alcoholic taste, but it is not unpleasant, so you can continue drinking it indefinitely. Even when the temperature rises to room temperature, the taste does not change. I would rather drink it at room temperature. I'm sure it would also be delicious heated. If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Hokuto-san from "From Up On Poppy Hill". She is a female doctor staying at Poppy Hill House, and is the one who is given a farewell party on the way to the house. To be honest, she doesn't do anything remarkable. Grown at the foot of Mount Kita-Yatsugatake in Shinshu Activated Raw Limited Edition Sake I bought this when I visited the brewery. It's so good😋. It's not as sweet as it should be when served cold. The bitterness and astringency are well balanced and very rich. If you warm it up, the sweetness changes dramatically. Both cold and warmed it was delicious😆.
