Saku City and Ueda City Sake Brewery Event⑤.
Junmai sake stored in ice and snow. This may be the first sake stored in ice and snow! Harmony of umami and acidity. The effect of the ice and snow storage also makes it mellow. The sake brewer here is aiming for a rich, dry sake, and is also emphasizing the balance of the five tastes. This sake really is just as they say. I thought that richness and dryness might be at odds with each other, but that was not the case at all. It is rich but has a crisp aftertaste. This kind of sake is also good! I forgot to take a picture of it at this booth, but I also had a Junmai Ginjyo (Junmai Ginjo) Nama Hashiroshi. I could feel more five flavors in this one.
Purchased at Healthy Terrace Saku Minami, Roadside Station.
The first taste is dry and watery. The aroma and a slight pungency come later. The smoothness is only at the beginning, but later you can feel a slight, thickening weight. Yes, it is a delicious sake!
Along with tareya and the third generation specialty, shiro.
The taste is crisp and clear, as if it were dry.
I could taste a little bit of a tangy taste, but overall the taste was clean and tasty.
but overall it was refreshing and tasty.
Personal Score 80
I am heading to Kansai for business.
I bought this bottle at Shinagawa station to drink on the Shinkansen.
It has a light, refreshing alcoholic aroma.
It is light and dry with a smooth taste.
Next, we open a bottle of "Izutsucho"!
When the bottle is opened, there is not much of an aroma, but there is a coffee-like aroma, such as café au lait, that can be detected.
The palate is light, but the taste is milky and milky. There is also a bitter and astringent taste, which gives the sensation of drinking a green tea latte 🍵.
THE caffeinated beverage!
This is so addictive👍
<Local sake, slowly but surely good.
It has a lovely appearance of being a local ordinary sake. Naturally, it is alsobeige. I like this kind of sake that seems to be loved by the locals.
Let's drink it.
There is not much aroma.
The mouthfeel is softly sweet and sour. From there, the alcohol gradually becomes bitter and fluffy. Yes, it's a very ordinary sake, and it's delicious.
It has an alcoholic taste, but it is not unpleasant, so you can continue drinking it indefinitely.
Even when the temperature rises to room temperature, the taste does not change. I would rather drink it at room temperature. I'm sure it would also be delicious heated.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Hokuto-san from "From Up On Poppy Hill". She is a female doctor staying at Poppy Hill House, and is the one who is given a farewell party on the way to the house. To be honest, she doesn't do anything remarkable. I like her in that ordinary way. But she is actually a very talented woman. By the way, Ms. Hokuto is a woman in the movie, but in the original manga, she is a handsome college student and was Umi's admirer.
Satisfaction: ★★★★

I bought this when I visited the brewery.
It's so good😋.
It's not as sweet as it should be when served cold.
