There is a taste that was lost because it was fire-aged It's a taste that was created by fire-quenching... There is only 50% polished rice, so there is no miscellaneous taste It has a clean aftertaste, without the dullness of a raw sake ginjo. The image of this sake is probably suitable for men.

かうぽんI compared it with Hida Yamadanishiki. To be honest, I cannot tell the difference. Delicious and easy to drink, a little astringent at the end. Paired it with potato gratin and stir-fried pork eggplant. We enjoyed it deliciously. I recommend Hatsugoroku for a delicious sake. You can go Swiss style.
