I really wanted to drink Yoshida Kura II, so I went to the tasting room by mistake, but when it was recommended to me, I tried it and found that it was delicious ♡♡♡ It is fruity but also spicy and goes well with meals.

It has a creamy, yogurt-like aroma derived from the yeast yeast yeast yeast, with a firm umami and mild sweetness!

I drank a green Tanuki at a previous event in Yokohama. This one is a different color and orange flavor. The first time I drank the green Tanuki (not the same as cup noodles?) I was surprised at how tasty it was, so this orange one was a bit more familiar to me. The green one tasted better, but this one was also tasty and refreshing, not unpleasantly sour.

The limited sake served at the Abe booth was a directly pumped version of this sake. It is made with white malted rice and is delicious with its harmony of sourness, sweetness, and rich rice flavor!

17/28 Pukupuku Brewing Pukupuku Brewing's Junmai Sake Ten no Tsubu 92 Autumn Agari ver.
Brewed by Pukupuku Brewery, a phantom brewery that brews at various breweries across the country without brewing facilities, this sake was brewed at Tenryo Haiyoshi Brewery.
The rice is polished to 92% by coin-operated milling and served lukewarm. It has an exquisite taste with a full-bodied umami and a sharp acidity!

14/28 Hachikaisan Second Fermentation in Bottle White Koji Awa.
It has a rich citric acidity from the white malted rice, a fine bubble texture with a low gassiness, and is useful as an aperitif.

13/28 Brooklyn Kura Grand Prairie.
Brooklyn Kura brews authentic sake in New York City, and although the brewers were unable to come to Japan, they offered tastings at the booth of Hakkai Shuzo, with whom they have a technical partnership starting this fall!
This sake is made with Yamadanishiki grown in Arkansas. It has a slightly complex flavor with a clean mouthfeel.

Dec. 28 Brooklyn Kura Number Fourteen.
Brooklyn Kura brews authentic sake in New York City, and although the brewers were unable to come to Japan, they offered tastings at the booth of Hakkai Shuzo, with whom they have a technical partnership starting this fall!
A miracle bottle of freshly pressed bottled sake brewed in Brooklyn was brought in by manual transport, and the freshness of the sake was not compromised and tasted as fresh as the local tapping. It is a fresh and juicy sake!
