The Aihara Sake Brewery, which brews our favorite Amego Tsuki, is pursuing the future of sake tasting with a more liberal sensibility in the UGO series.
NIMBUS, the second stage of the series, has nuances of pear and muscat, and a strong assertion of acidity.
