This tasting event brought together young brewers from 46 breweries in 28 prefectures who will lead the sake industry in the future!
13/28 Brooklyn Kura Grand Prairie.
Brooklyn Kura brews authentic sake in New York City, and although the brewers were unable to come to Japan, they offered tastings at the booth of Hakkai Shuzo, with whom they have a technical partnership starting this fall!
This sake is made with Yamadanishiki grown in Arkansas. It has a slightly complex flavor with a clean mouthfeel.
