The Aihara Sake Brewery, which brews our favorite Amego Tsuki, is pursuing the future of sake tasting with a freer sensibility in the UGO series.
The third stage of IRIS had a refreshing apple-like fruity taste, a clear acidity, and an excellent balance of umami.
