It is mainly spicy with little umami. It is made with Yamada, but we don't know that well. It also has a strong bitterness. It's supposed to be heated, so I warmed it up a little. It doesn't get more umami or anything. It's more like "mmm. It's more of a miscellaneous taste. It is better to drink it cold to cover it up. By the way, the namaizake Fukurozuri is just fine.
