This is the first time to drink it at home. It's a different type of sake than I had imagined Juku to be, but it's easy to drink without any peculiarities. It's heavier than the 19 series but lighter than the general nama-shu. The rice is probably the same as in the other series.

Maybe because it was bottled in January and shipped in November, it has a slight sense of maturity to it.

The taste changes a little bit after opening the bottle. The sweetness seems to have gone somewhere.
