Half a bottle. But tingly raw and fizzy. Light touch syrupy. Pineapple, banana and pear. A little astringent, with a hint of sourness. Complex flavor. Juicy and sweet with a sense of transparency. The taste is typical of Kangiku. Ueno Uozuka

It is said to be aged in ice temperature for 5 years. The aroma is mellow and rose-like. When you drink it, it is round, yet honey-like and gorgeous. It has a somewhat savory flavor. It goes down the throat well. The taste is dense and rich. This is delicious. It is served with hokke sashimi, which is rare. Ueno Uozuka

I almost forgot to raise it. Freshly opened, a little fizzy? Lukewarm and cold. Smooth texture. Soft, sweet and juicy with a greenish feel. Slightly astringent and pleasant. Sweaty and smooth attenuation. Good. I think it is better than the impression I had sometime ago. Herring tataki is delicious. I'm also addicted to the cut. Ueno Uozuka
