Steady, soft, and smooth,
It is a fruity sake with low acidity.
I think it has just the right amount of modernity and classicism.
I don't get tired of drinking it.
A good guy.
Ikura-don (salmon roe bowl), 700 yen for this, so you can't eat it in Tsukiji or Hakodate...／(^o^)＼wahahahaha!
