Craft Sake Week 3rd drink The aroma is modest. When you take it into your mouth, you will feel a very moderate carbonation. It has a sweet taste, but it is also a taste of rice that is brought out in a refined way. It is a really delicious sake with a good balance without being biased toward sweetness. I drank more today, but my vocabulary is limited, so I will skip the rest. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Craft Sake Week 2nd glass. It has a pleasant aroma with a hint of fruity flavor. It is slightly carbonated and has a moderate fruity taste at first, but if you let it roll around in your mouth for a long time without drinking it down, the rice flavor will increase. It is so delicious! My vocabulary cannot describe it. Delicious sake in the daytime on a sunny day, I am so happy.... Thank you very much for the sake.

I came to Craft Sake Week at Roppongi Hills. The weather was fine during the holiday weekend, so the place was crowded. The first sake was a rare one in my hometown of Kyushu, Yukino Kayasha. I had a junmai ginjo. The aroma is not so strong, perhaps because it is outdoors, but when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and deliciousness spreads at once. The light astringency seems to enhance the sweetness and deliciousness. Sake from the Tohoku region is of a very high level! Thank you for the sake.
