A writer who once visited the brewery during a heavy snowfall created the sake name "Yukino Kayasha" from the winter scenery of snow-covered farmhouses with shingled roofs that dotted the road on his way home. This light, slightly effervescent light nigori sake has a nostalgic sensibility, as if such scenery were directly expressed in the sake.
