The rice used to make this sake is called Rikuwaden. This rice is not familiar to many, but this rice was also arranged by President Takagi of "Jyushiyo". It has a slightly floral sweet aroma, and when you taste it, it has a moist texture and a subtle sweetness that spreads on the tongue. It also has a crisp acidity, giving it a tighter impression than Omachi. It has a nice sharpness and is delicious on its own, but it can also be enjoyed as an in-between-dinner drink.
In order to preserve the flavor, each bottle of sake is carefully bottled by hand and heated before bottling. Please enjoy it cooled down moderately and with a nice aroma.
