Sake Mirai to go with Rikuwada
This is Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu.
I don't have the palate to detect a big difference, but this one is clearer and sweeter!
We finished both sakes in no time 🍶🍶!
It was the 26th!
I heard there is a special event on days with a 6 in them.

Sake made from rice "Sake Mirai" polished up to 50% and carefully hand-packed one bottle at a time just after pressing. Please enjoy its mellow flavor when cooled moderately.
