Sake Mirai has a mild aroma and a slightly acidic aftertaste.
Dewa Sanzai has a soft ginjo aroma and a little bitterness in the aftertaste.
It's difficult to compare because it's a raw sake and I'm a beginner...
One thing I can say is that both are delicious!
