Junmai-shu 14° ALC⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The shopkeeper recommended this sake, saying, "This sake is interesting and delicious..." The shopkeeper explained that it was a prototype Junmai-shu made by Yano Shuzo.
According to the store owner's explanation, it is a prototype Junmai-shu made by Yano Shuzo, and salt is added to the brewing water.
The label was cute, so I bought it😅.
The aroma is only faintly perceptible.
It has a slight amber color.
It has a sour taste in the mouth and a little bit of saltiness really.
Since it is bottom alcohol, it tastes a bit like a dry white wine. I thought it was a sake that would be well chilled and poured into a wine glass, and would go well with white fish dishes, pasta, cream cheese & crackers as a snack.
