It has a fruity taste and no bitterness, which is typical of Eiko Fuji. The sake level is -5, but it is not too sweet, so it is easy to drink. I tried Tamura, which is made from the same rice, but it tastes completely different and interesting. The website explains the origin of its survival, but in fact it says "it is easy to drink, but even if you drink a lot of it I'm assuming it's a message from the brewer telling me to "survive" lol. It's definitely better to pair it with something sweet than something salty, which emphasizes the clean quality of the sake. It matched wonderfully with kakiage (fried corn), but it might be good with tengaku, too. Sake meter value -5.0 Acidity 1.5

This is a very refreshing sake, as it is a summer-only sake. The flavor of the rice is evident but not full, and the sharpness is emphasized. The soy sauce flavored grilled squid goes well with this drink.

乾坤一の定番。辛口なのは間違いないが、しっかりと米の旨味が広がってからキリッとした後味を感じる。「辛口」の定義は人それぞれだと思うが、喉に刺激のあるアルコール感は好きではないので、それとは違うこの辛口の演出は秀逸だと思う。 日本酒度+4 酸度1.4

宮古島の家族が遊びに来ているので外飲み。 あまり知らない銘柄を中心に楽しみました♬ 初しぼりの若々しさ、ふんわりした感じがとても美味しくて、あとから調べたらとても歴史のある酒蔵のようで驚きました!今日出会えて良かった😊 お造りや焼き魚、焼き鳥なども美味しいお店で、とても喜んでもらえました!!また必ず行きます♡
