びびずThe second sake was Atago no Matsumatsu Hitotsubatsu no Koi.
As it is a summer sake, it was easy to drink and refreshing for the coming season.
It was served with Hoya Sashimi (sea squirt), which was fresh and delicious. びびずI skipped work and came to Sendai with my wife Bibi. Today, we went to a restaurant that a colleague from Tohoku told us about.
All of the dishes we ordered were very tasty, and the flavors of the ingredients were used to their fullest. I enjoyed the food to the last. The first glass of sake was Abekan. It was dry and did not interfere with the food, but I could also taste the flavor of the rice.
