びびず
I skipped work and came to Sendai with my wife Bibi. Today, we went to a restaurant that a colleague from Tohoku told us about.
All of the dishes we ordered were very tasty, and the flavors of the ingredients were used to their fullest. I enjoyed the food to the last. The first glass of sake was Abekan. It was dry and did not interfere with the food, but I could also taste the flavor of the rice.
Abe-kan was served with assorted sashimi, fried Mexicali, etc.
