The top aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness with a hint of acidity that finishes off the taste.
Although it says that malic acid yeast is used, the acidity is only accentuated.
It is a summer sake, so it is refreshing, but it is a well-balanced sake with a strong sense of the umami of Hanasoui.
I enjoyed it with the taro meat in the third picture 🦑.
