Delicious classic junginshu🍶. I bought it at Sekitaro Shoten in Asamushi Onsen, Aomori City, because it is a brand sold only at five stores in Aomori City. The color is quite dark for a 50 polished sake. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma with a sour and sweet top note. Classic body with acidity and sweetness, easy to drink. 😋😋😋😋 The sweetness and spiciness is medium. No gasiness. It is so easy to drink that one wonders if it is really 17% alcohol. The balance is something I've never had before with any sake I've had in my hand. But it is delicious. 3800 yen including tax

Tsugaru Peninsula, sold only at 5 liquor stores in Aomori City. I guess you could say it's Ozaki Brewery's version of sake made from the same Hana-Soi🌾 as Shichiriki🙄. I got the first sip 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The first aroma is slightly sweet, with a hint of acidity and clear sweetness in the mouth. It finishes with a slight astringency. Maybe it's because it's a bit hard 🤔. I can't feel the goodness of Hwaso very much. Thank you for the food: ✨️
