Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

Meijo Sake Brewery. Purchased at Daiei. I wondered if it was ultra-filtered, as is common with major sake breweries, since it was placed on the shelf at room temperature and was not marked as requiring refrigeration. It tastes like a gutsy, alky sake. It is slightly sweet and has a sharp alcohol stimulation. I think this is better on the rocks. It also has a gentle sweetness for its high alcohol content. Since the brand name is not written, I registered it with Meijo to make it easier to search.

I drank it without Denroku beans. A refreshing and slightly sweet sake. It has a classical atmosphere. I think it is more suitable for room temperature than cold sake.

I know I've posted this in the past but it's been a while since I've had it. It has a sour acidity and sweetness. There is not so much sake feeling. You can drink it like a juice.

It's quite reasonable, in the 700 yen range before tax at Daiei. It has a very dark yama-buki color. There are a lot of sake with a sweet taste, but this one is not so sweet... Is it because it's been heated? It has a strong impression of aging. I drank it almost at room temperature, so I'll try drinking it cold next time.

It is a raw sake that has been filtered and can be distributed at room temperature. The taste is quite heavy and heavy. And it's mainly spicy. I think I like Hakutsuru or Shirayuki better than other major nama-gara sake in Hyogo.

都こんぶと違ってコレは合う気がする。コチラもお酒自体はスッキリした味わい。たぶん引き立てる為に酒の主張抑えてるんだろうね。

味には期待してなかったけど今まで飲んだねこ正宗の中で1番美味しかった。比較的甘み強め

名前も知らなかったし初めて見るお酒だったので購入。うーん、純米?本醸造みたいな味。後味は程よい酸味あっていい感じだけど全体的な印象がイマイチ…。生酒というか生貯蔵酒にありそうな風味。

皇室御用達という事で元号変わるまで飲まずに置いてた。調べてみたら昭和天皇が愛飲されていたとか。穏やかでクセの無い誰でも飲みやすそうな味でした。少し薄味かな。
