Meijo Sake Brewery. Purchased at Daiei. I wondered if it was ultra-filtered, as is common with major sake breweries, since it was placed on the shelf at room temperature and was not marked as requiring refrigeration.
It tastes like a gutsy, alky sake. It is slightly sweet and has a sharp alcohol stimulation. I think this is better on the rocks.
It also has a gentle sweetness for its high alcohol content.
Since the brand name is not written, I registered it with Meijo to make it easier to search.
