The last sake to be introduced at the welcome party was by Nakanori-san, a Kiso connection, since we were unable to prepare sake from Yukawa-san, who brewed Shirakiku in Okunonoto.
A comparison of contrasting drinks from Shinshu and Ishikawa. It is the ultimate in rich sweetness, sweet and delicious. It is not clingy, but easy to drink. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki.
This sake was the first to disappear.
The third bottle at the welcoming party was a gem of sake rice from Okunoto Wajima Shirakiku Sake Brewery, made with sake rice from Kiso's Yukawa Sake Brewery, a collaboration between an IWC champion and a talented brewery in Okunoto, and it had to be delicious.
The elevation difference of 1,000 meters is romantic. Is it unique to Shirakiku that it has a rich yet elegant sweetness and a solid body? Or is it Yukawa's?
The acidity can also be felt a little, and it is still delicious.
Good morning, WOM 🌅😀😀
I wanted to drink this sake but couldn't get it because it was sold out😭
Okunoto's Shirakiku x Kuroemon 16th generation = must be delicious 😚👍I wonder if it's still sleeping in a liquor store somewhere😇.
Maechen. Thank you very much. It is popular, isn't it? As you may have seen, there are stores that carry it on Mr. Yukawa's website. My usual store was sold out in an instant. I bought it at K-san in Hikosan and it was still there. I also saw it at K-san in Takamatsu. Wish you good luck 🙏.
Good morning, WOM 🌞.
I too went to Nanao yesterday for this sake 🙂 🙂.
It has safely settled in my fridge at home 😉.
Looking forward to opening the bottle 🙂.
Good evening, WOM 🌃😀 😀
I bought some Shirakiku at my local Takamatsu k-store 🤣Fukuyu S-store and Dawn F-store didn't have it 😭The Honjozo I bought and drank at K-store last time was still there too 😀.
Masaaki Sapporo. Thank you very much. I want to support the sake breweries and help each other. I can also make excuses to myself if I also support the recovery.
Maecin-san. I am glad you were able to buy it. The store in Takamatsu is wonderful, with original maturation, isn't it? I am looking forward to your report.
Welcome party, the second. Many local people do not know what kind of local sake is available, so as the Sake-no-Wa-Uwa-Uwa-tai, we brought some to the company's drinking party to convey the charm of this sake.
This one was brewed by Nakajima Sake Brewery, a 100 stone sake brewery in Okunoto, using Azuma Sake Brewery's facilities in Komatsu, which is in the midst of the excitement of the Shinkansen bullet train opening.
Nakajima's gentle umami and Azuma's sharpness. It's a good taste. It's a nice taste.
Hello WOM 😃
Thank you for your work on the Sake no Wa Wakuetai activities 😌When I hear the name Suehiro, I think of Aizu 😅We have to absorb the Wakuetai information too 😄It's great that sake breweries are cooperating with us 🥹.
Jay & Nobby. Thank you. The charm of many local breweries is that they are many. The charm of big breweries, the charm of small breweries, and the charm of each. I guess the breweries do their best and we drink as usual. I must drink Suehiro from Aizu!
Welcome party at the company! I brought in four different kinds of sake with different characters as a kind of Noto cheering sake.
The first was Kanazawa Nakamuraya.
The series is a series of sake brewed by the Ishikawa Sake Brewers Association, with 18 breweries in the prefecture participating with a unified label.
Nichiei is another brand of Nakamura Shuzo, the main brand!
It is refreshing.
The aroma is mild, and it goes down smoothly. I secretly recommend this sake, as it has a lot of fans when you include a bottle in a drinking comparison.
It is a local sake of Kanazawa.
Hello WOM!
I had a bottle of "Kaga no Tsuki" the other day, but I didn't know there were 18 breweries in total 😲.
I've never had Nakamuraya, so I'd like to try this sake that has a lot of passionate local fans 😁.
Hello WOM 🐦.
I too was surprised to see that there are 18 breweries 😳I see only 4 or so breweries advertised by liquor stores and such...
I haven't tasted it yet, so I'd like to support them, but I'd also genuinely like to drink it 😊.
Pon. Thank you very much. It seems that most of the sake breweries in Ishikawa are participating in this event, except for the breweries in Okunoto, because of the solidarity of the sake breweries in Ishikawa. It is interesting that there are so many different kinds of local sake because the diversity is what makes it so appealing. Nakamuraya, you may be able to buy it in Tokyo and Osaka.
Jay & Nobby. Thank you very much. It seems that the design of the origami is reminiscent of a thousand folded paper cranes. Little by little, we started to see Okunoto's sake, including the sake that was not broken.
I lined up 4. 4 bottles to bring to the end of the year party. The most popular one was this one, which I introduced as "just like a melon" based on Jay & Nobby's report, and many people commented that it really was a melon and was easy to drink. I hope it will help spread the popularity of sake.
The sake rice, Hyogo Kitanishiki, is for the Tajima region, where it is difficult to produce Yamada Nishiki. It is similar to Miyamanishiki.
Good evening, Mr. WOM😃.
We would be more than happy if our poor review of the melon series could help you to expand your circle of sake drinkers 🍶🥹.
Well, the best thing is the power of Banshu Issen Shippo series 🤗.
Jay & Nobby. Thank you very much. Since the next day, I've been getting a lot of inquiries about where I can buy melon liquor. and inquiries came in one after another. It stung more than the difficult talk of iso acetate or capric acid. I suggested a recommended brand. Spread the word, Sake-no-wa!
The company's year-end party No. 3, where we prepared various types of sake for comparison. 60 people attended the party and less than half of them liked sake, but it was well received. Ichinen Fudo Hiyoroshi. The rice was Yumesansui, developed in Aichi Prefecture. I think it is a descendant of Gohyakumangoku. It is absolutely popular among sake lovers. It was a very colorful party.
Year-end party No. 2 is Miyagi Prefecture's newest release, Gin-no-Iroha. While Kura no Hana is light and refreshing, Gin no Iroha, as its name suggests, has a fruity ginjo aroma. Many people liked it. It is a stable Haginotsuru with moderate sweetness.
At the company's year-end party, I brought in four kinds of sake with different rice and had them drink them. All four were well received. Miyazumi Fukunoka is a Fukushima original. It is a highly polished rice suitable for the Tohoku region. It has a nice aroma like a ginjo-shu and is mild and easy to drink.
