The third bottle at the welcoming party was a gem of sake rice from Okunoto Wajima Shirakiku Sake Brewery, made with sake rice from Kiso's Yukawa Sake Brewery, a collaboration between an IWC champion and a talented brewery in Okunoto, and it had to be delicious.
The elevation difference of 1,000 meters is romantic. Is it unique to Shirakiku that it has a rich yet elegant sweetness and a solid body? Or is it Yukawa's?
The acidity can also be felt a little, and it is still delicious.

I bought some Shirakiku at my local Takamatsu k-store 🤣Fukuyu S-store and Dawn F-store didn't have it 😭The Honjozo I bought and drank at K-store last time was still there too 😀.
