The smell was not my favorite type, so I did not have high expectations before drinking it, but when I drank it, I felt a slight effervescence, and it was reasonably easy to drink.
I think it is because it is chilled to a crisp, and the slight bubbles drown out the harshness of the taste.
If you wait until it is chilled, it becomes quite harsh.
