I may be drinking Gin Eboshi sake for the first time.
It seems to have similar characteristics to Hwaso.
My impression is that it is a fresh and beautiful sake.
It is a daiginjo spec with 45% polished rice, and of course it is supposed to be delicious since it is branded as Tasake, but I thought it was less sweet and more refreshing than the special junmai spec that I usually drink.
