hamaguri dashi somen BreadfanIs it tasty and spicy? Is it light, even though it is a draft sake? I think it is rather clean and has a short aftertaste. This is delicious. It is delicious with yellowtail kama! BreadfanIt has a strong bitterness and umami. It goes perfectly with Saikyo-yaki. It is a hit. This is my favorite. The aftertaste is also long and wonderful👍.
This is another sake that is high in alcohol content and delicious, so it is easy to get drunk. BreadfanFirst time at a restaurant in Sangenjaya. 17 degrees, apparently raw sake? The color develops naturally through fermentation using red yeast. No coloring agents of any kind are used.
