The third sake I wanted to try was this one.
This sake is made from "Nikomaru," a variety of rice promoted for use as food in Nagasaki.
It has a slight cemedine-like aroma, a refined pear-like sweetness, and is delicious to sip and savor.
The chikuwa isobe-age (fried chikuwa fish) was also delicious~☺️
