It was the last day of work and I was able to go home early, so my family and I went to Yukarina in Senboku for dinner.
The aroma is sweet and sour with a hint of gas.
It was a sweet, acidic sake 🍶 with a full-bodied umami flavor.
The umami is full-bodied and the sourness is deliciously accented! It disappears with a soft aftertaste.
Easy to drink. â
By the way, do you get your Yonotori here from Kichijo 🤔 even though you don't see Shinmasa at Kichijo 😅.
