I went to Yukarina in Senboku for a light lunch as it was a vacation in between year-end parties.
I had bukkake soba noodles with prawns and chikara (power) and a light drink 😅.
Yukarina has a seasonal sake list on the wall, so depending on where you sit, you can't see it, so you have to get up and check 🤣 but they have a great selection of sake ✨.
The aroma is tinged with sourness, the mouthfeel is mellow, the hint of aroma reminds me of coffee-based cocktails in the description, and the smooth flavor leads to an accentuated sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste.
Interesting sake😍This was a strange sake with a mellow sweet and sour feeling typical of kijoshu 😊.

It's so different in the city to have such an awesome sake in a soba restaurant 🤩It's not possible in my hometown 😭.
I wonder if it's totally different from Shinmasa's Yonotori 🤔 Interesting how strange the sake is!

It's a fascinating place where you can drink pre-drink sake like Yukarina-san🐢 and Shinmasa-sama 🎵.
I haven't tried Gennotori, but I have the impression that the aroma and taste are quite unique 😲.

This soba restaurant has a lot of rare sake 😁I don't know about Yonotori because I've never had it, but this one was for the hanpukai and it was a kijoshu brewed with brown rice. It's sake with a hint of coffee!

They are putting a lot of effort into Sake since they have Hexagon and No.6 😁the selection is outstanding in the neighborhood 😊the food is average so I go there for Sake 😊.
