It's quite expensive, but I bought it on impulse!
Aroma of pear 🍐 rises up.
Good body, leaning towards a rich flavor.
The taste of rice is also well expressed, soft and round.
Overall, it is plump and satisfying to drink.
It is quite fruity without much gasiness.
After 2 or 3 glasses, the sweetness gradually comes out.
Great pear🍐 and grape🍇 flavors
The bitterness and astringency, similar to black grapes, are elegant.
This unique and characteristic grape-like taste is really good!
I drank half of it and let the rest sit for a few days.
The astringency is a bit muted, which I like, and the sweetness and other flavors balance out the astringency.

Sour citrus or sour pineapple aroma, less sweet than the previous Snow Crescent.
Less sweet than the previous Snow Crescent, and because it has been aged for 8 months, it has a modern taste with a mature and mellow aftertaste. It also had a slightly sweet and sour aftertaste, similar to a sports drink like Pocari Sweat.
Recommended for sake beginners.

Aroma is sweet like dried grapes, but a little crisp.
Medium-bodied and mild. Compared to Nanada's hiyaoroshi Aizan, which I posted earlier, it has a heavier taste and has a habit of lingering in the throat. There is some acidity in the aftertaste, but not much. The aftertaste is long.
Personally, I prefer this to Aizan. I like it so much that it ranks in the top 3 hiyaoroshi I drank this year.
I had it with pork tonteki. I would definitely drink it with dishes with strong flavors. It would also go well with mushroom dishes.
Suitable for intermediate level sake drinkers.

Rarity may not be seen very often outside Kyushu area.
Cold sake.
Slightly pear-like aroma.
It has a medium mouthfeel with a slight gasiness and a sweet yet mature taste. There is a sourness in the aftertaste, which is unique to the sake's traditional sake making process. The aftertaste is normal.
Of all the Saga sake I have had, this is the second sweetest after Nabeshima, and I thought it was a sake similar to Nabeshima.
It is a must for sake beginners.
