I went back to my hometown and had a local sake 🍶.
It has a sweetness and umami that you would not expect from a low-polished rice.
The challenge of changing from Omachi to Sagahiyori is also amazing. It is a sake that you can drink easily, but you want to savor it slowly.
I served it with mixed nuts as a side dish.
