いーじー
Purchased at a liquor store.
I drank it as a souvenir from Fukuoka when I went back to Osaka.
Cold sake.
Slightly floral aroma.
I have had many Nabeshima junmai ginjo series, but Aizan is the most elegant in my opinion. It has Nabeshima's characteristic gasiness and sweetness (personally, I prefer the sweetness of Kitashizuku), with a complex, mature, and addictive astringent taste that comes in the aftertaste.
Recommended for sake beginners.
