It may be softly sweet, but a slight tingling sensation seems to prevail. The umami (flavor?) is more than enough to make it drinkable, in my opinion. My personal impression is that it is drinkable because it has more umami. Flavor is not detectable.

I think it is pleasantly sweet, but it has a tingling sensation that makes it hard to tell if it is sweet or spicy. The flavors are also so common that it's hard to tell and it's so refreshing. Is it more on the flavorful side?

Moderately sweet, with a strong schwashiness, and a slight melon flavor. Slight bitterness at the end. It is the most delicious sake! However, the cospa is a charm because it is a hard-to-find sake.
When it gets lukewarm, it loses its schwashiness and becomes even sweeter! The best!
