An easy-drinking junmai sake. If it is too cold, it may be too refreshing, so serve it at room temperature or slightly chilled. It is a very drinkable sake, but it is also easy to match with food and overpriced.
It has a strong sweetness or umami. Even when served cold, it has a strong umami flavor. This is a cold sake only available now. I liked it so much I bought more!
Alcoholic strength: 20 degrees Celsius
I bought it because it was described as "a fantastic sake produced in Kanazawa".
I was not so sure that I would like it at 20 degrees.
Purchased as a souvenir from Kanazawa, attracted by the name!
Cold, it has a refreshing rice flavor with just the right amount of acidity!
At room temperature, the aroma of rice spreads.
